There is no PID controller with autotuning feature in standard Matlab/Simulink library. You must look for additional libraries/packages. One of them is available at http://www.rexcontrols.com. The RexLib PID function blocks with autotuning feature corresponds directly with PID controllers in PIDlab applets (PID algorithm and parameters are similar).
