Registration is more comfortable than filling the 'Ask off-line version' form because of two reasons:
- The e-mail with the applet attached can be blocked by your e-mail server (if runnable attachement is recognized)
- The registration has to be done only once -> you'll be free to download new versions as well as new applets in the future
